Trance Frendz

When anxiety was about to consume me, this collaborative album by Ólafur Arnalds and Nils Frahm really held me together. Being comforted by music is such an amazing experience. Personal connections aside, I think it's just an objectively brilliant album. When I found out it was completely improvised without any written score, I was honestly blown away. I think there’s a video of their recording session on YouTube, I highly recommend checking it out when you have time.
